How will my order be delivered to me?

We ship all orders out with UPS, Fedex Amazon and USPS. Once your order ships, you will recieve an email with the carrier and tracking number so you know when to expect your package.

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship to Canada! If you are looking for shipping outside of the United States other than Canada; we are looking to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Can I cancel my order after the order is placed?

Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. Once the shipping label is printed (tracking information is emailed over to you), the order cannot be canceled.

What comes with a Play Panel?

Each play panel includes a play panel scene with velcro attached to the back and an adjustable velcro strap.

What comes with a Swag Couch Liner Set?

Our waterproof liner set includes six pieces in total! The waterproof material is designed to provide the best protection for each piece of foam. You get two liners for the thicker bases, two liners for the thinner cushions, and one for each of the two triangle pillows.

My shipment was not delivered. What do I do?

Contact us immediately! Any shipping issues (missing package, damage, etc.) must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery notification. If the issue is not reported within 24 hours, we may not be able to help.

What is the return policy?

Couch Swag products are delivered and sealed directly from our warehouses to ensure quality and safety. The liners and panels cannot be returned once the packaging is opened due to safety concerns. We do accept returns for fully sealed, unopened items. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery and are subject to the return shipping and restocking fees ($5). The refund will be issued when the items are received by our warehouse and inspected to ensure they were unopened.
